Positive: My partner Debbie is having knee surgery next month and every member of staff did everything they possibly could to make her more comfortable during our stay. As she limped into the restaurant at the end of the day the staff would bring a spare seat for her to keep her leg raised, then bring an ice pack to ease the pain. We couldn't thank them enough for their help.

Positive: The location is excellent - we really enjoyed the beautiful grounds and gardens. The pools are lovely - we enjoyed the quieter hotel quest only pool the most. As soon as you step out of the hotel you are on the beach or can walk along the path with no scooters or cars. Close to Bali Icon mall and lots of choices for drinks and dinner. The breakfast had many choices and what you might expect from a buffet breakfast.

Negative: it is a busy hotel, probably better suited to families that couples but there was little to not like. We arrived a little early and it seemed check in can never be organised earlier, but they looked after our bags until check in time
